1-800-FREE411 Expands Merchant Network Through Deal With Ingenio First Free Nationwide Consumer Telephone Directory Assistance Service Offers Ingenio Advertisers New Distribution Options

Jingle Networks, Inc., developer of the nation’s first nationwide free telephone directory assistance service (1-800-FREE411), today announced a partnership with Ingenio, Inc., the pioneer and leading provider of Pay Per Call® advertising. Ingenio advertisers will be distributed on the 1-800-FREE411 service, which will allow Ingenio to augment its Pay Per Call advertiser distribution with new channels beyond Web search.
Launched this year, the 1-800-FREE411 service offers consumers a free alternative to the high cost of 411 service provided by traditional carriers. 1-800-FREE411 saves consumers on average $1.25 each time they look for a phone number from their telephone. Since American consumers use traditional 411 services 6 billion times a year, 1-800-FREE411 has the potential to save Americans in excess of $8 billion in annual directory assistance fees.
