September 10, 2007 – Menlo Park, Calif.

Jingle Networks, Inc., operator of the 1-800-FREE411 voice-based directory assistance (DA) search service today announced Brian Roberts as the newly appointed Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Roberts is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial, administrative and human resource operations.

“Brian is a highly respected financial professional who brings great knowledge and experience to our management team,” said George Garrick, president and CEO of Jingle Networks. “With our company’s growth rate expected to reach over 200 percent next year, he will contribute to our continued leadership and success in the free directory assistance industry.”

Previously, Roberts served as CFO at Digitas Inc., a leading digital marketing and media services firm acquired by Publicis Groupe earlier this year. At Digitas, he managed the company’s global financial operations, investor relations and real estate functions. Prior to his CFO role, Roberts held the position of chief accounting officer and corporate controller.

Before joining Digitas, Roberts was vice president of finance at Idiom Technologies, Inc., a software and services provider. He has also held positions as the U.S. controller for the Monitor Group, a management consulting firm, and in the audit division of Ernst & Young LLP, a public accounting firm. Roberts holds a B.S, magna cum laude, in accounting and finance from Boston College and is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts.

“I’m delighted to join Jingle at such an exciting time,” said Brian Roberts, CFO of Jingle Networks. “Jingle is the market leader and clearly poised for continued growth – with the recent milestone of having processed 250 million calls and saving consumers $500 million since its launch. I look forward to working with the entire team to capitalize on our industry leadership position and future success.”

According to industry analysts, free DA services are expected to generate 1.5 billion calls per year in the U.S. market by 2010, a dramatic rise over the 135 million calls generated by free DA providers in 2006. Jingle Networks is changing the face of the traditional directory assistance market with an innovative, advertising-supported business model that appeals to both consumers and advertisers. With more than 20 million calls per month, Jingle Networks has captured four percent of the directory assistance market.
