Account Manager

Account Managers are the relationship owners for existing clients, who may be Advertiser, Advertising Agency, or Certified Marketing Professionals (CMR). As our clients’ primary contact, Account Managers work with each client to protect, manage and develop the relationship after Sales has closed the deal. Flexibility, a strong desire to please, and a go-getter attitude are all necessities for this job that’s exciting, fast-paced and in an industry-changing Company. As part of the Account Management & Media Operations team, with offices in New York, San Francisco and Bedford, servicing clients throughout the country, you are an integral part of the success of this company.

This position is located in either our New York City, NY or Bedford, MA or San Francisco, CA office.


Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: responsible for maintenance, development and satisfaction of 10-25 clients at a time;
  • Campaign Management: understand client campaign objectives and deliver results to match;
  • Campaign Optimization: regularly evaluate campaign performance and optimize to achieve better results based on campaign objectives;
  • Campaign Reporting: provide regular reports, based on internal and external needs;
  • Company Ambassador: be a strong advocate for Jingle Networks to our clients and the industry;
  • Team Advocate: be a positive force on the team and represent interests to other internal groups effectively;
  • Accounting: work with internal and external finance teams to recognize and collect revenue;
  • Sales Team Player: collaborate with the Sales Team in winning new prospects and cultivating existing accounts;
  • Product Management: provide feedback and serve as subject matter expert in products, tools, systems used;
  • Special projects as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a small, fast-paced, high energy start-up environment;
  • Must have high integrity and delivers as promised to both clients and colleagues;
  • Highly motivated and flexible, willing to “do whatever it takes” to get the job done;
  • A high-energy individual that can focus and deliver results with basic managerial support, coupled with the ability to work positively and effectively in a team environment;
  • Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple clients and tasks;
  • Must desire to work with others for overall team, company and customer success;
  • Ability to confidently and comfortably communicate with clients and colleagues;
  • Ability to understand client needs, set client expectations, provide status, and present results;
  • Strong business writing skills;
  • Extremely organized and must possess strong attention to detail;
  • College degree required (or comparable, relevant work experience);
  • MS Office software, Windows and an aptitude for technical learning;
  • 3 to 5 years professional experience in a related industry or related role.

Additional Desired Skills:
  • Experience with interactive advertising and/or marketing;
  • Experience with Advertising Agencies, Ad Serving technologies, Search Marketing;
  • Strong user of Excel with ability to write formulas;
  • Understanding of database architecture (e.g., MySQL).
