I’m already advertising, but want more leads. How do I increase call volume?

To get more calls, simply increase the number of target categories and expand your geography. Example: You’re a florist targeting florists within 5 miles of your business. Try adding more categories (funeral homes, wedding planners, etc.) and expanding your geography to a 25 mile radius. You can change these targeting options when you log in to your AdHub account.

How long before my offers go on 1-800-FREE411?

It typically takes less than 72 hours (most offers go live within 48) to professionally record your ad and get it running on 1-800-FREE411.

Who will record my advertisement?

The advertising messages are professionally recorded and managed by a highly experienced client service and sound production team. Of course, you can also use your own (like a pre-existing :15 radio ad) as long as it’s not schlocky.

How do I create or change my ad?

Simply login to your AdHub account and manage your ads online. If your ad needs to be recorded again, we can usually do it in less than 72 hours.

How can I monitor my advertising performance?

You can run campaign reports by logging in to your AdHub account. Reports show how many times your offer was played, how many calls (connections) we sent to you, and how much you have spent. And to make it even sweeter, we’ll automatically send you reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. These reports will detail every call, including the date, time, length of call, and business originally requested. Please note that reports do not contain each caller’s identity or phone number.

Can I change my designated phone number at any time?

Sure, change it as often as you like. Customer calls will be automatically forwarded to the most current U.S. phone number you specify. Just login to your AdHub account and make the change.

Will another advertiser’s message play when someone is looking for MY business?

No way. If a caller asks for your business, we’ll offer to connect them directly to you (free for the caller) and not play the competitors ad.

Do you offer exclusives and/or Sponsorships?

Yes, but only for you. To completely sponsor a product or service category in your market, we can negotiate an exclusive arrangement. Not only will this guarantee your costs, but it will block out any competitors for the duration of your contract. Please contact us to learn more about this.
